The Style of My Classes
I teach blended dynamic slow vinyasa flow yoga classes which are light and uplifting allowing students to harness their internal energy. My designed mindful flowing sequences enable students to bring a joyful sense of balance to mind and to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, their strength, their spirit and vitality in a compassionate and mindful way. Classes also impart ways to deal with the challenges of modern life without losing sight of yoga’s ancient roots. Working within the Krishnamacharya lineage my classes use an ever-changing sequence of Asana (aligning breath and movement), allowing both students and teacher to respond to the energy in the room; the desired result is that students leave classes feeling inspired and open to possibility.
